About

About Morgan and Reticle

Hi, I’m Morgan. I care about helping people do the things that matter to them. Technology has always been one of the best ways I know how to do that. When it works well, it can open doors. When it does not, it can take up time and energy that should be going somewhere better. I love helping people get past that. I do more than fix the issue in front of us. I work through it with you so you understand more of what happened and feel more confident with the technology next time.

I kept seeing that need across the Eastside and the greater Seattle area. People relied on technology at home, at work, and in their communities. Too often it was confusing or unreliable. It became the thing standing between them and what they were trying to do. Reticle grew out of my desire to help change that.

I started working in tech as a teenager. Over the last 25 years that work has grown across software engineering and IT. It has also included security and business systems. My background as an IT and security consultant helps me look at both the immediate problem and the bigger picture around it.

In practice, that means:

  • Clear explanations
  • Practical problem solving
  • Technology that fits real life

Sometimes the work is a one-time fix. Sometimes it grows into ongoing guidance. Either way, I want technology to help you move toward what matters to you instead of standing in the way.
